Our beef is always the freshest possible! Your beef is sent to the butcher after you place your order. The butcher then ages your beef for 14 days, we bring you the freshest beef possible! Once aged, the butcher processes and creates your retail cuts. It is flash-frozen, cut and wrapped with white butcher paper to preserve its freshness.

We are taking orders now for about 6 - 8 weeks out. We were starting to see some of the pressure on the butcher shops loosen up, but with all of the commodity markets in upheaval, that pressure is building again. More people are ordering their beef and we have added on about two weeks in waiting. We have the best tasting 14-18 day dry aged beef, and we can help you get your freezer stocked up!
