We use both PayPal and Square to process orders from our customers. If you make a purchase on our site, you will be directed to securely make your payment before being redirected back to our website. Relevant account information you have provided on our website may be sent to PayPal or square to facilitate the transaction. We do not keep your personal credit card information on our websites. It is only entered once you are in the secured portal of either Paypal or Square.

Share Our Beef does not share your data with third party marketers. If at some point in the future we partner with another organization and wish to share your data, we will ask you first. Further your data may be shared with third parties that help us in the day to day operation of our business and website as described above in this privacy policy. Finally we will share your data with law enforcement or government agencies if we are legally obliged to do so.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
