We have a bunch of fat steers! The USDA butchers have a very limited amount of processing appointments. If you would like to order fall beef, either a qtr, half, or whole, the sooner you order the better!

We are taking orders now for about 6 - 8 weeks out. We were starting to see some of the pressure on the butcher shops loosen up, but with all of the commodity markets in upheaval, that pressure is building again. More people are ordering their beef and we have added on about two weeks in waiting. We have the best tasting 14-18 day dry aged beef, and we can help you get your freezer stocked up!
